Awakening girl practice

What is Awakening Girls Meditation? Hi, we’re the NOTHING team, and we’d love to invite you on a little journey back to yourself. On November 21, we’re creating a special experience for girls who want to take a break from this chaotic world, where we’re constantly rushing, achieving, and trying to keep up with everything around us. A moment to turn your attention inward, reconnect with your roots, and go a little deeper. At NOTHING, we explore another way of connecting with ourselves. Through active movement, breath, and meditation, we create space to shift our attention from thinking to feeling, to become more aware of our bodies and everything we carry within them. Our bodies often carry more than we realize. The tension of everyday life, unexpressed emotions, fears, and the constant pressure to keep everything under control. Through this gentle yet powerful body-centered practice, we invite you to explore that tension, gradually let go of what you’ve been holding onto, and reconnect with your natural energy, allowing it to move more freely. As movement slowly turns into stillness, we take a moment to notice what’s there. To listen a little more closely to ourselves, without trying to change or understand everything. This experience isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself or reaching a particular state of mind. It’s about curiosity, presence, and discovering what happens when you give yourself permission to simply be. BTW, you don’t need any previous experience. Have any questions?
